In This Role, You’ll Have The Opportunity To
- Monitor and resolve COGI (Correct Goods Issue) discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Oversee the receiving process, including unloading inbound shipments and verifying accuracy.
- Unload and put away incoming materials, including Work in Progress (WIP) and Raw Materials, ensuring proper storage.
- Perform cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in loading outbound shipments and ensuring proper documentation.
- Deliver packages and materials to employees as needed.
- Serve as a certified forklift trainer, ensuring team members are properly trained and certified.
- Act as a backup for the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager during their absence.
- Provide support to other warehouses as needed.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through proper documentation, verification, and reconciliation.
- Create and manage packing slips for outbound shipments.
- Confirm and update product tags in the inventory system to reflect accurate stock levels.
- Identify and correct missed product scans to ensure proper tracking and reporting.

- Pay begins at $21 per hour (based on experience)

What You Need To Succeed:
- Experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a leadership or lead role.
- Forklift certification with the ability to train and certify others.
- Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse management systems.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse leadership role preferred.
- Experience with inventory management systems and logistics software is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP a plus
- Fast-paced warehouse setting requiring physical activity, including lifting, bending, and operating equipment.
- May require working in varying temperatures.
