Carpenter Apprentice

Ketron Custom Builders is a high-end residential construction company located in central Ohio. We are in our 25th year of business and primarily work in and around Columbus. We specialize in everything from bathrooms to new builds. In all projects, craftsmanship and attention to detail are the utmost important. Throughout our 25 years of servicing Columbus, we have established a tradition of executing projects at a very high level.

This is not your ordinary construction job. Ketron Custom Builders (KCB) has built a reputation for top quality craftsmanship and construction. This reputation is the product of an experienced and passionate team. We are looking to add a Carpenters Apprentice who is enthusiastic about the building industry. This individuals is not required to have experience but related experience of any kind is a plus.

As a company, we are fortunate to have multiple employees who have been working with KCB for 20 years. The prospective employee would be learning from and assisting senior individuals in daily tasks. These tasks could include but are not limited to wood framing, tile work, interior trim, demo, etc.

Full time job based on a 40 hour work week. Overtime is available and overtime hours are not capped. Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, 7am production meeting on Monday mornings. These meetings will be held at our shop in Granville, Ohio.

Responsibilities:

• Drive yourself to job sites

• Assisting projects to completion

• Facilitating daily tasks

• Performing construction tasks such as interior trim, tile work, framing, woodworking, and more.

• Communicate with Clients, Sub Contractors, and other personnel

• Help to facilitate an enjoyable customer experience

• Problem solving construction situations

• Ability and desire to learn from other members of the team.
