Description
Kett Engineering is looking for an automotive technician to support our customers press fleet. Duties include performing PDI (Perfect Delivery Inspection) and initial preparation of vehicles. Updating of hardware and software. Ensure perfect technical condition of Press fleet vehicles for use at Press events and loan to automotive press (e.g. automotive enthusiast magazines). Document all modifications, repairs and complaints for each Press vehicle. Support PR vehicle launch technical activities including press events and auto shows with press demonstration vehicles. Perform all scheduled maintenances and repairs on vehicles as required.
This position will require you to travel to other states to support Press Fleet at events. You must be available to travel 50% of the year.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive industry
Education
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent degree in automotive technology
