We are seeking an experienced Groundskeeping Manager to oversee the maintenance of all turf areas, including mowing, trimming, weeding, spraying, irrigating, dethatching, and aerating as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage the upkeep of all turf areas, ensuring they are well-maintained and visually appealing.
- Supervise the grounds crew, delegating tasks and maintaining high standards of upkeep across the property.
- Perform property rounds to ensure quality, safety, and aesthetic standards are met.
- Manage seasonal landscaping tasks, including tree wrapping, snow removal, and other adjustments.
Requirements
- Citizenship: Mexican, North American, or Canadian citizenship required.
- Cedula Professional and Titulo Universitario required; degree must be in Agriculture/Agronomy or related field.
- Valid Mexican, Canadian, or U.S. passport with at least 1.5-year validity required.
- No previous immigration issues allowed.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Able to move to the U.S.
- 80% proficiency in English required.
