Responsibilities & Requirements
Reports to the Network Director of Oncology Clinical Services. Responsible for day-to-day operation of the outpatient oncology centers. Manages a team of Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, and other ancillary team support. Provides leadership, clinical practice guidelines, staff development and evaluation of patient services. Manages staff and financial performance. Maintains patient oriented, customer service environment.
