Kettering Health Franklin is a 24/7 full-service emergency center serving the Franklin/Springboro area. Our 12-bed facility is accredited by the American College of Emergency Physicians as a Level 3 Geriatric Emergency Department.
Responsibilities & Requirements
The Patient Registration I position is responsible for registering patients while demonstrating strong guest relations and exceptional customer service. Key duties include reviewing scheduled outpatient visits, ensuring payer sources and payment arrangements are discussed, and assisting patients with financial assistance forms and Medicaid applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Qualifications include previous registration or scheduling experience, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to learn site-specific patient processing software. A high school diploma is required, and one or more years of medical office or customer service experience is preferred.
