Responsibilities & Requirements
The Receptionist is responsible for:
- Provides support for administration staff and oversees daily departmental responsibilities relating to front desk reception support.
- Assists managers and director with administrative duties as needed.
- Displays good phone etiquette and answers phone by 3rd ring.
- Collaborates with Nursing when scheduling/organizing resident transportation needs.
- Works with other departments to maintain exceptional care.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous clerical and comptuer experience preferred. Position is Monday through Friday, now weekends or holidays.
