Soin Medical Center
- Soin Medical Center has been serving residents of Greene, Western Clark, Eastern Montgomery, and Miami counties since 2012.
- Conveniently located off I-675 in Beavercreek.
- Provides a variety of health care services and is home to 4 accredited Centers of Excellence including hernia and robotic surgery.
- Soin is currently licensed for 125 beds which will increase after the expansion completion in the Fall of this year.

Responsibilities & Requirements
Perform personal care for patients and other duties as assigned under the direct supervision and guidance of professional nursing or physician personnel in assigned area. Provides patient care during hyperbaric oxygen therapy and participates in hyperbaric chamber dives. The delivery of patient care at Kettering Medical Center (KMC) reflects the philosophies, missions, vision and values of the organization and wound care centers.
Minimum Education• High school diploma or equivalent.• Successful completion of KMC nursing assistant trainee program, or successful completion of state testing nursing assistant program (STNA certification), surgical technician or completion of LPN, EMT, EMTP training, Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).
Required LicensesOtherPrefer LPN, or EMT, EMTP, Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with Certification in Hyperbaric Technology.
Required SkillsCompletion of annual Corporate Integrity trainingMaintains competencies & skills of specialty area of practice (see unit education files).Above average written and communication skills.
