Job Summary:
The ERP Coordinator is responsible for monitoring warehouse inventory and performing cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly verified and are reflective of reported inventory. The ERP Coordinator will maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting, processing of material reports and transfers. This position will also assist the Warehouse, Production, Engineering and Supply Chain in locating materials.
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the material issuing and commit process for production.
- The IF will timely, and safely complete cycle count of materials based on the “ABC” grouping generated in Ross which will be monitored by the Inventory Control Supervisor.
- Research inventory discrepancies and submit accurate data.
- Notify planning & Purchasing of any unforeseen shorts
- Assist in determining root causes on inventory discrepancies and help implement corrective actions to eliminate repetitive errors.
- Responsible for answering Supply Chain, Production and Engineering inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist the facility in locating materials.
- Must follow and adhere to all Safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) programs.
- Always maintain a clean and organized work area
- Any other tasks or projects may be assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience
Technical Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Production/ Manufacturing (3 years preferred)
- Must be able to operate an Electric reach truck and Order Picker
- Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
