Job Description:
As an ARMHS practitioner at Kettle Health Inc, you will focus on providing mental health support, including:
Mental illness symptom management
Community resource utilization and integration
Crisis assistance
Relapse prevention
Household management
Healthy lifestyle skills and practices
You will meet clients in their homes and in the community to provide these supports.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct mental health services to clients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Facilitate client access to community resources
Provide crisis intervention and support
Assist clients in developing healthy lifestyle skills and relapse prevention strategies
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community agencies
Qualifications:
For consideration, you must meet one of the following education and/or experience requirements:
Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field
OR
Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or related field and completion of a practicum or internship that requires direct interaction with adults or children served and is focused on behavioral sciences or related fields
OR
Completion of 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours in behavioral sciences or related fields with a minimum of 2,000 hours of supervised experience working with mental illness and/or substance abuse disorders
OR
No degree with a minimum of 4,000 hours of supervised experience working with mental illness, substance abuse disorders, and/or emotional disturbances
Salary : $22 - $25
