JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Customer service - receive and place phone calls, schedule appointments, follow up with customers on their experience. Build solid relationships with customers by handling questions and concerns with speed, friendliness and professionalism. Remind customer of recommended maintenance, filter changes, etc. and rarely have to handle customer complaints.
- Manage work area - greet guests, handle instore purchases, open/close shop
- Update customer database - enter in confidential customer information in all system platforms
- Place & Receive - outbound & inbound calls, book appointments, sell memberships
- Work well independently
- Take initiative in absence of manager(s) or owner
- Assist owner and coworkers in miscellaneous projects
- Other items as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma
- Experience in Word and Excel (Service Titan a plus)
- Ideal candidate provides 5 Star service to all customers, The right individual is a self-starter, very friendly, detail orientated, excellent communicator and time management skills. An individual that is able to multitask extremely well in a fast paced environment without sacrificing the quality of work
- Extremely reliable and trustworthy
- Can lift up to 30 lbs
