We are looking for an Associate Producer to support the production of digital projects for a leading brand. In this role, you will assist in coordinating project tasks, managing timelines, and organizing resources to ensure all deliverables meet the highest creative and technical standards. You will play a key role in supporting the production team, facilitating smooth communication between internal teams and clients to ensure projects stay on track and expectations are met.
We are hiring people in Austin who are able to go into an office 2 days a week AND fully remote teammates in the Pacific time zone.
Key Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of experience in digital project management or production, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing department.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities and adapting to fast-paced, dynamic project environments.
Responsibilities :
The target range of base compensation for this role is $60k-$80k. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
