Overview
Under the direction of the Vice President, Marketing, the Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns for the assigned portfolio. He or she plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads / customers. This role is remote, based in the Phoenix, AZ area, with occasional visits to our McLean, VA Corporate Office.
Responsibilities
- Develop and review marketing & media plans, campaigns, budgets, and strategies for the assigned portfolio.
- Partner with operations teams to analyze local market trends and make strategic marketing recommendations.
- Oversee and manage the development of creative communication pieces, promotional materials, presentations, websites, and report materials for the assigned portfolio.
- Advance the overall quality of strategic thinking, creative direction, and technology use to maximize the marketing program effectiveness in meeting growth and cost savings goals set by the company.
- Use analytics data to suggest ways to increase presence and capture leads; work with the internal team to implement and make necessary updates.
- Track, monitor, and report on lead sources, traffic, and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of competition and real estate marketing trends.
- Work with Regional Managers and Property Managers to monitor community marketing initiatives in accordance with the strategic plan and adjust based on specific needs to maximize traffic.
- Travel to designated sub-markets for in-person marketing assessments and consultation as needed.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of online marketing channels.
