Maintenance Technician – West Park Apartments (Albuquerque, NM)
Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Position Type: Full-Time, Regular Pay per hour 22 Monthly bonus eligibility

KETTLER is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at West Park Apartments in Albuquerque, NM. Responsibilities
- Handle multiple residential service requests daily, addressing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly, escalating problems as necessary.
- Participate in all maintenance projects, ensuring the property is well-maintained and functional.
- Prepare vacant units for market-ready status through repairs and improvements.
- Perform preventive maintenance on all systems within the property.
- Conduct general repairs on property grounds, apartments, and building exteriors.
- Deliver excellent customer service by answering resident inquiries, addressing complaints, and completing work orders efficiently and effectively.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- EPA/CFC Type I & II certifications preferred (must obtain within 90 days of hire).
- At least 1 year of experience in apartment, hotel, or facilities maintenance with intermediate knowledge of HVAC, appliances, electrical, and plumbing.
- Valid Driver’s License and must reside within 30 minutes of the property.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide timely and accurate responses to residents.
- Availability for on-call emergency maintenance, including nights and weekends on a rotational basis.
- Must have reliable transportation to respond to emergencies.
- Cell phone required for on-call maintenance communication.
- Ability to use a computer and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking the grounds, climbing stairs, lifting 60 lbs., climbing ladders over 10 feet, and completing other physical activities.
