The Information Technology Manager will manage day to day processes for Yardi applications systems, projects, upgrades, implementations, and technical support. The IT Manager will work to ensure applications are properly maintained and aligned with business goals and initiatives as well as assist with other technology initiatives.

- Supervise, train, and mentor IT business analysts responsible for Yardi application system administration, technical, and end-user support. Maintain and enhance performance standards related to organizational goals to control, develop, and improve staff productivity . Assign tasks, delegate work, oversee performance, provide support, and monitor SLAs and timelines.
- Serve as escalation point for all urgent and complex application system requests and incidents to ensure free flowing and timely resolution of issues. Provide guidance with troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to all Yardi applications, interfaces, and integrations.
- Develop, enforce, and ensure adherence to system security standards and configurations, best practices, policies, data governance, data integrity, and system security . Create and maintain detailed system documentation, technical guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions . Lead the design, development, and implementation of new application modules, custom requests, and oversight of system maintenance and upgrades.
- Oversee the system security, customizations, configurations, and continuous improvement of Yardi applications to align with evolving business needs.
- Provide data metrics and reporting of KPI’s and trends by monitoring and managing service incident ticket queues.
- Follow IT framework for managing and improving customer IT support in the organization. Be willing to learn “on the job” new systems, products, and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of IT operations experience managing and administering Yardi applications and ability to manage multiple projects at any given time.
- Extensive Yardi systems property management/accounting software knowledge and experience required .
- Experience in multifamily property management required
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Database systems and project management experience a plus.
- Knowledge of IT security requirements and best practices
