About the Role
">We are seeking a qualified adjunct instructor to teach accounting courses in our undergraduate and graduate management degree programs. As an adjunct instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our students and contributing to their academic success.
">Responsibilities
">- Develop and deliver high-quality course instruction based on approved syllabi, goals, and objectives.
- Assess student progress through regular feedback, academic warnings, and midterm progress reports.
- Engage students in the learning process by creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with the Program Director to ensure instructional and program quality.
- Maintain effective working relationships to ensure institution-wide teamwork.
- Perform other functions as assigned by management.
Requirements
">- A Master's degree in accounting or a related field is required; Ph.D. in Accounting or Finance or D.B.A. preferred.
- An active professional accounting certification such as CPA or CMA is required.
- Two to three years of teaching experience preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Understanding of and adherence to principles of diversity and inclusion.
- Ability to work under pressure with a high tolerance for interruptions.
