- Plan and teach Accounting courses, utilizing approved syllabi and learning objectives.
- Develop and grade course assignments, ensuring alignment with program outcomes.
- Provide regular feedback and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and instructional practices.
- Represent Keuka College professionally, adhering to institutional policies and values.
- A Master's degree in Accounting is required; Ph.D. or D.B.A. preferred.
- Active professional accounting certification, such as CPA or CMA, is essential.
- Two to three years of teaching experience is beneficial, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills.
