Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Oversee area maintenance projects and act as member of Maintenance leadership.
- Provide on-call support for staff meetings outside routine shift hours.
- Ability to flex work schedule to provide appropriate leadership support to staff members on other shifts.
- Act as communication liaison between maintenance technicians and business partners including Production and Engineering.
- Manage and develop maintenance team members; Provide maintenance guidance and oversight for all shift associates; Motivate, coach, and develop a diverse, high-performing, and engaged team to meet established goals and build organizational capability.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Sustainably reduce equipment downtime and increase availability through preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
- Champion relentless reduction of breakdown losses through Breakdown Analysis and other focused improvement tools.
- Demonstrate ability to support long-term maintenance plans showing year-over-year improvement in Reliability, Maintenance KPIs, and maintenance cost.
- Ensure effective equipment troubleshooting, including root cause identification and action plan implementation.
Total Rewards:
- Salary Range: $72,100 - $126,200, varying based on experience, skills, and other factors.

- Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field of study.
- 2 years of experience in Maintenance in a Lead or Supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- 8 years' experience in Manufacturing environment preferred.
- Proficiency with Business Applications (SAP) or similar CMMS tool.
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience.
