Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Associate to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to maximize output and maintain high standards in safety and quality.
About the Role
This is a full-time position working 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule. You will be required to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical understanding or manufacturing experience and be able to quickly learn about processing and packaging equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by demonstrating safe behaviors at all times.
- Contribute to the improvement of quality systems and policies, including Quality Data System, Safe Quality Food, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
- Learn to safely operate and monitor high-speed production equipment.
- Participate in resolving production line issues, executing and developing standard work, tracking production data, and participating in KDP's lean daily management process.
- Engage in formal problem-solving processes with team members and generate productivity and continuous improvement ideas.
