Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to strict safety protocols and best practices.
- Analyze and improve quality systems, including Quality Data System, Safe Quality Food, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
- Develop expertise in operating and monitoring high-speed production equipment.
- Identify and resolve production line issues, implement standard work procedures, track production data, and participate in KDP's lean daily management process.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- $22.86 per hour starting pay with potential shift differential
- $24.00 per hour after 6-month anniversary
- $1,500 sign on bonus for N1 and N2 shifts
