Merchandiser for Greater Elgin, Manor, & Central Austin, TX - Hiring Immediately
About the Role
As a Merchandiser with Keurig Dr Pepper, you will be responsible for providing high-quality merchandising support for our brands, including 7UP, Snapple, Core, and Bai, to retail stores within your assigned territory.
You will report directly to your assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover routes as assigned. Merchandisers are required to use their personal vehicle to travel among stores in their territory, but they are not responsible for transporting products. Our products will be delivered in advance to the stores.
A company-issued phone will be provided with a programmed app to clock in and out for scheduled shifts and track mileage for reimbursement.
Shift and Schedule
This is a full-time position with 7:00 am start times until work is finished, five scheduled shifts per week, weekends required, and flexibility to work overtime as needed.
About You
We are looking for a self-motivated and customer service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You should thrive working independently on assigned tasks, but also enjoy interacting with people at work.
You should be willing to stay active and lift, push, and pull cases of our products throughout your shift. Taking pride in your work and being detail-oriented are essential qualities for this role.
Total Rewards
Pay starts at $18.30 per hour, increasing to $19.31 after six months. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off, 401k with company match, tuition reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement (average 100 miles per week).
Requirements
The ideal candidate should be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, push and pull up to 100 pounds repeatedly, possess a valid driver's license, and have access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
