Main Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain high-speed production equipment.
- Support the development and implementation of quality systems and processes.
- Identify and resolve production line issues, implement standard work procedures, and track production data.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- $22.86 per hour starting pay with potential shift differential
- $24.00 per hour after 6-month anniversary
- $1,500 sign on bonus for N1 and N2 shifts
