Job Description
The Production Process Technician role is an exciting opportunity to join the Keurig Dr Pepper team. As a critical member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to optimize output and maintain high standards in safety and quality.
Shift and Schedule
This is a full-time position working 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule. You will be required to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. We value flexibility and adaptability in our team members.
Position Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by demonstrating safe behaviors at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to improve quality systems and policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Develop skills to safely operate and monitor high-speed production equipment.
- Support the resolution of production line issues, develop standard work procedures, track production data, and participate in KDP's lean daily management process.
- Contribute to formal problem-solving processes with team members, generating innovative solutions and improving efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical understanding or manufacturing experience.
- Self-motivated team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn production software and perform basic mathematical calculations.
