- Direct all departmental activities to meet production and service goals.
- Manage quality requirements to ensure food safety and product quality.
- Create a basis for continuous improvement by standardizing work processes and implementing needed adjustments.
- Determine optimum staffing models for line operations and provide effective cross-training and development.
- Promote team engagement and morale while adhering to Keurig Dr Pepper values.
- Lead and support Focused Improvement events to achieve expected Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Communicate goals and objectives, apply company policy, coach, administer discipline, and ensure positive employee relations.
