- Work closely with store employees and management to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage orders to meet customer demand.
- Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Push and pull up to 100 pounds repeatedly.
- Travel to assigned stores within a set territory, using personal vehicle.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
- $17 per hour pay rate.
