Audit Project and Development Manager

General Description

The Audit Project and Development Manager plays a crucial role in managing the operations of auditor groups within a fast-track development program. It oversees the execution of their functions, assesses performance, and manages the assignment of workloads to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. A Manager should commit to industry specialization(s) to enhance their knowledge and understanding of the client’s business, thereby adding greater value to the client.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
• Over five years of progressive audit experience in public accounting or an equivalent role.
• Experience in a small to medium-sized public accounting firm or a Big Four firm.
• Excellent analytical and technical skills.
• Extensive experience in engagement management, with a strong emphasis on excellence in staff management.
• Strong leadership abilities, with expertise in training, coaching, presenting, and mentoring. Possesses excellent writing skills in both English and Spanish, along with exceptional interpersonal skills.
