RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve agency goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent performance and professional development.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive retention and expand referral networks.
- Conduct policy reviews, assess client needs, and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Proactively market and cross-sell products to warm and cold leads.
- Oversee customer issue resolution and ensure a positive client experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in insurance or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and foster long-term relationships.
- Active state insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain them promptly).
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
