Job Summary
Kevin Powell's Foothill Ford is seeking to hire 4 Automotive Sales Pros!! By Pros, i.e. Professionals, we mean someone that has automotive sales experience, someone that has excelled in this business before, someone that is eager and hungry to make some serious money, who wants to go to a dealership with a family atmosphere without the grind of 90 hour workweeks, someone who knows how to follow up and will, someone who wants to grow both professionally and personally, someone who learns quickly, and someone who wants to go K.R.A.Z.Y for our limitless customers!
We pay flats on a progressive scale with the flat amount going up based upon unit levels. A very simple pay plan without 10 caveats designed to trip you up. You are appreciated here!
5 day work week with a day off through the week. Only open till 3 on Saturday!
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential buyers.
- Take quality and thorough credit applications.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups with leads.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while performing prospecting to generate new leads.
- Maintain a professional appearance while at work.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients over the phone.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related retail environment is required.
- Strong understanding of retail math principles related to automotive sales.
- Familiarity with managing a sales pipeline and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to perform prospecting for new business effectively while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with clients.
- Eagerness to grow, earn a sizable living, make a mark on your workplace, and overall hustle are the most desirable qualifications.
