About the Role:
- Perform basic automotive services such as oil maintenance, vehicle inspections, brake maintenance, steering and suspension repairs, and more.
- Perform training to learn additional automotive services.
- Promote teamwork to deliver on customer expectations.
- Maintain company policy and procedures.
- Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, which may include light and heavy lifting or standing for long periods of time.
Required:
- Must have a valid Hawaii driver's license.
- Must have required basic automotive tools.
- Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about customer vehicles and repairs.
- Dedication to learning new automotive technologies within a rapidly evolving industry.
- Commitment to follow established safety policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous professional automotive experience or formal automotive training.
