- Comprehend work orders regarding picking up and dropping off clients at their destinations.
- Plan routes and requirements by studying trip sheets, maps, or special requests; determine occupant and luggage requirements, check road conditions and estimate travel times.
- Provide feedback to dispatch or management regarding pick-ups and drop-offs and maintain vehicle run log via provided company app.
- Prepare vehicle before and after each run by conducting regular inspections, ensure clean interior and exterior, ascertain that assigned vehicle is timely fueled and that all fluids are at the required levels.
- Pick up client safely and in a timely manner, introduce self in a friendly but professional manner, assist client getting in and out of vehicle when needed, load and unload client’s luggage, open the door for the client to enter or exit the vehicle.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by dispatch or management.

- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
