The position offers a base salary of $50,000 - $75,000 per year, with additional commission and bonus opportunities based on performance.

Requirements
- Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License to be considered
- You should have 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
- Preferably Allstate appointed in the last 6 months.
- Have strong problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
- Great with documentation and organizational skills to keep detailed records.
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Persuasive sales skills with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
