Responsibilities
1. Makeup Application and Demonstrations :
Provide expert makeup application services to customers, showcasing the brand’s products and techniques.
Conduct live demonstrations to highlight product features and benefits.
2. Sales and Customer Engagement :
Actively approach and engage customers in the store to promote products and drive sales.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
3. Customer Relationship Building :
Build and maintain strong, loyal relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-up.
Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages repeat business.
4. Team Collaboration :
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Share product knowledge, tips, and techniques with colleagues to enhance team performance.
5. Product Knowledge and Training :
Stay up-to-date on the brand’s product offerings, trends, and industry developments.
Participate in training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
6. Store Operations :
Assist with maintaining store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory management.
Ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Makeup Artist with strong makeup application skills.
Previous experience in retail or beauty sales.
Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with peers.
Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities.
