Associate Director, Major Gifts and Patrons We are seeking an experienced and successful fundraising professional to join our Development Team as Associate Director, Major Gifts and Patrons. This vital role will lead a team in raising over £7 million per year from major donors and patrons in support of RBG Kew’s work. You will have built up significant experience in fundraising from Major Donors and Patrons, with a proven track record in securing six and seven figure gifts, leading patrons and giving programmes, and a demonstrable record of meeting challenging fundraising targets.
