Responsibilities
- Represent clients as legal counsel during administrative board reviews, legal proceedings, and litigations when necessary
- Execute, negotiate, create, and modify deals on the clients' behalf
- Develop strategies for risk-mitigation and shield clients from legal risks and regulatory violations in all business transactions
- Perform complex legal research and extensive due diligence
- Examine existing and prospective projects, mergers, partnerships, divestitures, and acquisitions for any potential legal issues
