The Bartender role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for guests at Kewadin Casinos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mixes and serves drinks and food items in a timely and efficient manner.
- Verifies age requirements to purchase alcohol and ensures no minors or intoxicated guests are served.
- Cleans work and bar areas throughout the shift, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Rotates inventory to ensure freshness and quality of products.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Processes cash transactions and reconciles to the point of sale system.
- Completes other job-related duties as assigned by management.
