- Strengthen relationships with the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community and other stakeholders through community events and initiatives.
- Oversee administrative functions, ensuring financial stability, effective resource allocation, and compliance with relevant policies.
- Implement strategies to improve student retention, graduation rates, and overall success in an inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- An advanced degree from an accredited institution; doctorate preferred.
- Proven experience in higher education leadership, preferably within a tribal or community college setting.
