- Strategic Planning and Growth: Develop and implement a student-centered vision and strategy to guide the college's future, expanding program and course offerings that align with community needs and cultural preservation goals.
- Academic Excellence: Enhance academic quality by supporting faculty development, promoting innovative teaching methods, and ensuring the integration of Anishinaabe culture and language into curricula.
- Community and Cultural Engagement: Strengthen relationships with the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community and other stakeholders, promoting cultural events and initiatives that preserve and celebrate Anishinaabe heritage.
- Operational Management: Oversee the college's administrative functions, ensuring financial stability, effective resource allocation, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:
