What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Sales Manager position at Key Acura of Gainesville?
Motivates, trains and supports sales team members.
Monitors and coaches performance levels
Utilize CRM to manage contacts and follow-up.
Must be customer focused with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
Communicates with new-vehicle and used-vehicle salespeople to ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed.
Attend manager meetings and training's
Communicate with sales team to ensure dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed
Provides timely and accurate reports on all sales activities as needed
Understand sales procedures and compliance with federal, state and local laws which govern retail auto sale
Other duties may be assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Sales Manager.
Professional management style, outgoing personality, positive attitude, and professional appearance
Strong computer skills
Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds helpful
Proficiency with CRM use
Superior customer service and follow up skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
