Behavior Technician Job Responsibilities :
- Under the supervision of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the BT will implement a behavior support plan and provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions using Rethink.
- Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans.
