Key Autism Services is actively seeking both experienced and entry-level part-time Behavioral Technicians to join our team. We offer comprehensive ABA services to clients in their homes and at our various clinics. Behavior Technician Job Responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician will implement a behavior support plan and provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions using Rethink.
- Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans.

Behavior Technician Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree (Preferred), or RBT.
- Experience: Childcare, healthcare, or mental health.
- Physical Requirements: Lift up to 30 pounds, get up and off the floor, ability to respond in short distances, and willingness to work indoors and outdoors.
- Dependability: Consistent, positive, and reliable for the child's success.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
