Key Autism Services actively seeks experienced and entry-level part-time Behavior Technicians to join our team. We offer comprehensive ABA services to clients in their homes and at our various clinics. Dedicated to bringing meaningful and positive changes to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, our mission is to help clients unlock their true potential.

Scheduling

We are looking for individuals who are free between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm Monday through Friday to work 13-15 hours per week.

Action

Behavior Technician Job Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the behavior technician will implement a behavior support plan and provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions using Rethink.
• Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support and treatment plans.

Behavior Technician Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree (Preferred) or RBT.
• Experience: Childcare, healthcare, or mental health.
• Physical Requirements: Lift to 30 pounds, get up and off the floor, ability to respond in short distances, and willingness to work indoors and outdoors.
• Dependability: Consistent, positive, and reliable for the child's success.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
