POSITION SUMMARY The Talent Acquisition BT Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day management of the BT Talent Acquisition team. The position will provide troubleshooting support internally as related to onboarding, job posting and sponsoring, data maintenance, and RBT credentialing process. The position will provide administrator level support in a variety of systems, including the Skills Training App, ATS, HRIS, and other systems as directed. The Team Lead will provide first-line support, and use critical thinking to escalate when needed. The BT Talent Acquisition Team Lead will help ensure metrics and KPIs are understood by the team and help driving them to be successful.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide day-to-day management of the BT Talent Acquisition Specialists
• Update recruitment assignments in ATS, create new departments as needed.
• Identify solutions to delays, and report issues to Director related to the recruitment process.
• Monitor applications in ATS. Assign candidates to team as needed, follow-up and monitor activity to ensure candidates are being reviewed and contacted in a timely manner.
• Train new Operations Managers and Talent Acquisition team members regarding interview and communication best practices and ATS system
• Monitor and schedule career and job fair opportunities for KAS. Work with TA Director and Clinical Team to identify representatives and travel planning as needed.
• Recruit for BT, BCBA, and back office positions, as needed
• Collaborate with the Lead Onboarding Specialist to track the onboarding process for new hires. Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed.
• Review rehire eligibility and maintain SOPs related to internal team procedures.
• Routinely meet with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure compliance in onboarding and interview documentation, proper disposition of candidate records.
• Participate in meetings related to recruitment and onboarding - drive initiatives to help team meet metrics related to recruitment and onboarding.
• Assist with internal transfers, rehires, and promotions within the organization. Reactive previous employees to prepare for onboarding.
• Regularly communicate internally to provide updates related to recruitment needs and challenges, escalate as needed.
• Monitor reports via Power BI to ensure accurate documentation in systems related to BT recruitment.
• Ensure coverage of work during PTO and unexpected team changes.
• Intermediate to expert level understanding of reporting and word systems necessary to be successful in the position.
REQUIREMENTS
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree
• 4 years' experience in a recruitment and/or onboarding role
• Ability to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Ability to travel regularly
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
