POSITION SUMMARY
The Lead Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist and Scheduling is responsible for onboarding and scheduling candidates at Key
Autism Services. The position is part of the Talent Acquisition team and is responsible for leading a
team of Onboarding Specialists and Scheduling Coordinators whose primarily responsibility is supporting candidates to complete
onboarding steps in an efficient and compliant manner. The position will monitor progress of
candidates and follow-up as needed. The position will utilize reports to track candidate progress and
identify areas of opportunity to improve candidate onboarding experience and identify client/candidate
matches based on the candidate's availability. The position will assist with general administrative and
reporting duties in ATS, HRIS, and Microsoft Systems. The position will support onboarding projects,
administrative recruitment, job fair and community outreach as needed and identified by the Director of
Talent Acquisition.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Onboarding candidates and troubleshooting questions & issues related to training, scheduling
- Oversee the RBT Credentialing and 40-hour course progress for prospective candidates.
- Utilize reports to track candidate progress through training and onboarding. Follow-up internally
- Review candidate scheduling availability with candidates to identify clients during the
- As needed, source candidates for hard to fill positions and/or critical needs.
- Administrative functions including reporting, database & ATS maintenance as directed by
- Provide coverage for Talent Acquisition team as needed.
- Participate in KAS initiatives to improve onboarding and candidate experience. Identify solutions
- May recruit for a variety of KAS positions, including but not limited to: RBTs/BTs, BCBAs, Back
- Identify job fair, social media and community outreach opportunities for KAS
- Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Requires 4 years recruiting and onboarding high-volume positions.
- Experience using a variety of reporting systems, Microsoft products, and ATS systems is
- Developing and executing unique and effective sourcing/advertising strategies and techniques
- Analyze onboarding trends in the field to ensure KAS is competitive in the market
- Experience in a multi-state healthcare environment is highly preferred
