Responsibilities
- Learn and understand commercial vehicle product features, advantages, and benefits
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new / used commercial vehicles
- Demonstrate and explain new vehicle technology such as pairing phones, navigation
- Settings and other technological features
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries of new and used commercial vehicles to customers at the dealership and on site
- Ensure commercial vehicles are cleaned, fueled, inspected, and ready for customers to pick up at promised times
- Manage appearance and placing of commercial vehicles for sale
- Provide an exceptional buying experience for customers at the time of delivery
- Utilize delivery checklists and calendars in an efficient manner
- Upfitting commercial units to capture market demand
- Factory ordering commercial units
