What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at Key Behavior Services?
Key Behavior Services is looking for an individual who is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio area. We are looking for a BCBA to join our team. In addition to providing in-home services through insurance and the Ohio Autism Scholarship, we also provide services to school districts throughout Dayton and Cincinnati, including FBA’s, IEE’s, and on-going consultation.
Candidates will have very flexible hours, and will be able to schedule hours when convenient, as long as those hours meet the needs of the schools and families you work with. Ideal candidates will have the following credentials, experiences and traits
- Self-starter, and has good time management skills
- Experience providing feedback to RBT’s, teachers, and other professionals
- Has experience working collaboratively in schools
- Experience working with children and teens with ASD
- Clean background check
- Has active credentials as a Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst (COBA) and/or KY Licensure and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Pay is negotiable, and dependent on experience, level of certification, and education. Full time employment may be available. Part time employment is typically provided on an hourly basis between $40-65 per hour for billable hours, with an additional allotment for non-billable activities. This position is considered part-time, and additional hours available may increase or decrease based on demand and seasonality.
