Day in the Life

As the Operational Support Auditor - Claims, you will be responsible for ensuring all processes, procedures, and workflows for all product and areas reviewed as outlined by department audited. Quality results are reported to the department to monitor and improve the quality of service provided to our clients.

Does this sound like you?

  • General insurance knowledge of fully insured and/or self-funded major medical or limited medical policies, including applicable state and federal laws.
  • Proficiency and understanding of Medical Terminology.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft products (Excel, Outlook, Word, Access, SharePoint).
  • Knowledge of VBA, QicLink and KBAS preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and set priorities.
  • Must be able to take initiative and work independently.
  • Must work well in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of one-year in operational work within healthcare required.
