REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong background in Integrated Eligibility systems, with a preference for experience on the client systems.
- Exposure to modules such as Eligibility Determination and Benefit Calculation (EDBC), along with a solid understanding of rule engine frameworks, decision authoring and editing, and versioning of rules, will be a significant advantage.
- This position involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex testing strategies and systems to support our business needs.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to modules such as Eligibility Determination and Benefit Calculation (EDBC).
- Solid understanding of rule engine frameworks, decision authoring and editing, and versioning of rules.
Responsibilities:
Test Planning and Strategy:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality test plans and strategies for software solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
- Utilize ODM (Operational Decision Manager) to implement business rules and decision management test solutions.
- Work on Integrated Eligibility systems, focusing on enhancing and maintaining existing testing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
Test Execution:
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs in collaboration with the development team.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation by developing and executing automated test scripts.
Cloud and Database Testing:
Utilize AWS cloud services to deploy, manage, and scale test environments.
Work with Oracle databases to design, develop, and optimize database test solutions.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior testers.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process.
