ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the Contractor team to develop the System Performance and Capacity Management Plan, System Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Procedures, Test Data, and Test Results Reports for each test phase and System release, including but not limited to the development, documentation and tracking of all testing criteria.
- Lead test script development & management.
- Lead test approval and defect tracking and management.
- Document all test results and disseminate all test results communication.
- Providing testing training through different channels (web-based, in- person etc.).
- Develop and customize all materials related to system testing.
- Develop and customize test plans.
- Ensure software product quality for each release, as defined in the Quality
Mandatory Qualifications:
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in testing, demonstrating deep knowledge and hands-on experience with system, functional, regression, and integration testing of web, client, and cloud server applications.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in leading geographically distributed virtual teams.
- A minimum of five (5) years of knowledge and experience with automating testing.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in ensuring cross-functional collaboration and alignment of testing efforts for interfacing systems.
- Management Plan, in collaboration with the Release Management Lead.
- Perform other duties as required.
