Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. The Lead Developer will be responsible for overseeing the development process, guiding and mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with other teams to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a development team while also playing a hands on role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Mentoring: Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of development projects.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of software projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Technical Expertise: Take ownership of complex technical tasks, including coding, debugging, and designing software solutions. Serve as the go-to technical expert within the team.
- Code Quality & Best Practices: Establish coding standards and best practices, review code, and ensure that the codebase is maintainable, scalable, and secure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and tools. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the development team.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, both during development and post-deployment.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
o 5 years of experience in software development.
o 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
Skills:
o Salesforce Experience & Service Cloud
o APEX
o LWC
o Flows, Forms & Workflows
o Experience with web application frameworks.
o Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
o Experience work on partner & customer communities
Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
o Strong leadership, team-building, and mentoring abilities.
o Problem-solving mindset and ability to think critically.
o Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
