Description
Key Cars Auto Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center team of Sales and Service Customer Service Advocates (BDC Representatives). As the BDC Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our sales and service departments by managing the BDC and driving departmental metrics to meet and exceed goals.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership :
- Supervise Sales BDC Representatives and Service BDC Representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
- Performance Management :
- Monitor and ensure the achievement of departmental metrics, including customer contacts, appointments set, appointments kept, and sales closed.
- Lead Management :
- Oversee third-party lead and website providers to optimize lead generation and conversion.
- Sales and Service Support :
- Assist in the sales and service process, contributing to the generation of vehicle sales and service bookings.
- Training and Development :
- Contribute to the training and development of BDC Consultants, ensuring they are proficient in customer communication via phone and email.
- Schedule and Payroll Management :
- Manage employee schedules and oversee weekly payroll and monthly commission for the BDC team.
- Recruitment and Performance Evaluation :
- Lead the hiring process for BDC personnel, conduct regular performance evaluations, and implement disciplinary measures as needed.
- CRM Utilization :
- Utilize CRM and lead management tools effectively to track leads, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
